Is the Billing tier available?
Not yet. The entire Billing tier, including claim submission, is coming soon. Claim submission for the Specialist tier is also coming soon. Once available, submitted claims will be charged at R9.62 ex VAT per claim.
How many practitioners and locations are included?
Lite includes up to 2 practitioners and 2 locations. Billing includes up to 5 practitioners and 5 locations. Specialist requirements are scoped to the practice.
What counts as fair use on the Specialist tier?
Specialist includes 250GB of storage with 250GB bundles above that, plus unlimited fair-use transcription, SMS and WhatsApp for a normal specialist workload. We'll flag it long before it becomes a bill.
How are multi-specialist practices priced?
For now a multi-specialist or mixed specialist practice is treated as one Specialist practice at the full monthly fee. We'll refine that with you once we have real usage data.
We're moving off another system. How does that work?
Migrating from our own legacy platform is routine, and we've moved practices off a number of other systems successfully. How much comes across depends on what your current system will let you export, so we look at that with you first and scope it honestly rather than promise a clean sweep up front. Whatever the scope turns out to be, we run both systems alongside each other until you're confident.
